We are sorry to have to announce the passing away of Lilian Skinner, a keen player and supporter of the club.

Lilian and Laura (Caldow) were a fixture at the club on Monday and Wednesday evenings for many years, and Lillian donated one of the club trophies before she left. In the club's 30th anniversary magazine in 2014 Lilian related how she learned bridge in 1986 and "... joined the West of England Bridge Club. They were so welcoming and friendly that I have stayed with them ever since. What would I have done without this game?"

Our condolences go to Lilian's family.
